I went in to get my front driver and back passenger tires changed. Upon arrival Howard did an observation and told me my back passenger driver tire was fine. Well it was not. Which is why I was there. He pointed out an air bubble in my tire and proceeded to say it was fine and that my back driver tire on the other side is the one messed up. While that may have been the case, that tire hasn’t given me any problems all this time but the one I went in for today has. Well fast forward a few hours later, the tire that I went in for (THAT DID NOT GET FIXED)bust on the side of the road. I called him to address the issue and it went to voicemail well over 5 times. When he called back all he said was he told me 3 tires needed to get fixed and to come back for the one I needed fixed THE MOST. 2 tires were already expensive as is. If anything I could’ve came back for the one that hasn’t given me a problem NOT ONE TIME. All he said what it is what it is and vaguely said sorry. I paid nearly $140 just to have to spend more money on a roadside tire service. This is what I get for going to a mechanic/shop alone as a girl. They ALWAYS take advantage. I will never EVER come here again.

Sold me a used tire with a patch repair on the un patchable area, and won’t answer the phone so now I have to drive all the way back Shops being ran into the ground, service there use to be just “OK” now it’s beyond terrible. This will be last time there. I will choose to go with Discount tire which offers new tires for 30 bucks more than what they charge for a used one and they repair your tires for free there. Also I have to escalate by contacting the better business bureau to file a formal business complaint.

Was quoted "$38 or $42" to put on a used tire. So I asked, "Is it $38 or $42"? He said, "Probably $42 with taxes and all". After putting the tire on, he said, "$58"! I reminded him of what he quoted me; then he got really angry and changed it down to $48. I reminded him again that he first said, "$38 to $42". He flew into a Trump-like rage and said he'd take the tire off if I wouldn't pay. Then he said I didn't want to pay the extra "$4" because he is "black". (Actually, 48 minus 42 = 6). Just FYI for all of you possible future customers. I didn't appreciate being taken for a fool and being accused of being racist.
